The kitchen, headed by Adam Townsley, a well travelled Australian trained chef on his way back from a two and a half year stint as head chef in the well recognised Clos des Pins restaurant nestled down on the ever so enchanting Cóte d’ Azur in between Monaco and St Tropez. He brought his unique style and blend of world fusion, multi-cultural cuisine, using only the finest and freshest produce and ingredients sourced locally from around the globe.



graphic designAdam asked JHA to design branding that would be in keeping with this top quality restaurant. We designed Menus, (dessert and digestifs) press ads, flyers, and menu book covers that were mat laminated and foil blocked.
